Hello friends,
First off, we want to thank everyone that’s reached out to us over the last month to check-in. We hope everyone that reads this is doing well. Your support and thoughtfulness means the world to us. This last month has been a whirlwind of postponing events and staying as informed as possible for our clients. We’ve learned a lot and we are happy to report all postponements have gone as smoothly as can be expected, thanks in no small part to our amazing vendors in Tulsa’s event industry. The COVID-19 crisis has hit every business in the event industry and we are so grateful for the patience and camaraderie of our colleagues. It will not be forgotten. Many of our friends and former clients have asked us what they can do to support us during this time. Honestly, just asking us warms our hearts. We’ve had some time to think about it and here are two things we’ve thought of.
1. Write us a positive review. Our google review link is: https://bit.ly/3aivxWh Actually, while you are at it, write positive reviews for all of the past event vendors you’ve enjoyed working with. If you are one of our past clients we would be happy to supply you with your event’s vendor list of you don’t have one. We are going to start writing them too. This will help vendors in the event industry put their best foot forward when this crisis is behind us. Plus, it’s nice to remember the good times.
2. Send us pictures of events we’ve helped you coordinate. While running around an event site it’s often challenging to take quality pictures of our work that we can add to our online portfolio We would love to highlight your event on our website and we always give credit to every photographer and vendor that helped with the event. You can send pictures to chelsea@takeheartevents.comWe can’t wait to see you all again once this has passes. Since 2012 we have been serving the Tulsa community and we are not done yet! We are very hopeful that 2021 is going to be the year of the party.
As always, stay well, stay connected and take heart!
Chelsea and Cory
