Dear Friends, Followers and Colleagues,
Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic we are all currently facing we have decided to freeze all new bookings for any events happening in March and April of this year. Most of our current March and April event clients have either postponed or cancelled their events. We do not want anyone to have to go through the process of hiring us and paying our non-refundable retainer when there is a risk that they may have to cancel their event. Hopefully we will have more clarity in the coming weeks and we will be able to resume normal operations in the near future. If you have events or weddings coming up please keep contacting us about them! We can always put a hold on your date and get back with you as soon as this freeze has been lifted. We are still working hard on many events taking place through 2021. We want to thank the Tulsa community, especially our amazing vendors, for your patience and flexibility as we’ve been moving events around these last 48 hours. Maybe with some of these events being moved we will have time to finally update our website with all the beautiful events we’ve had the pleasure of planning and coordinating over the past 6 months.
